01
Getting started
The first call, the first weeks, the handshake.
How quickly can we start? +
Usually within a week or two after the first call, depending on what you need. We keep kickoff slots open regularly, so there's always room for a new brand. If it's urgent we can often flex. Ask us.
What does the first call look like? +
A short discovery call on Google Meet, as long as you need it. You talk about your brand and what you want to shift; we listen, ask sharp questions, and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. No decks, no pressure.
Do I need a brief before we talk? +
No. Just come with the problem. If you already have a brief or a deck, bring it, we'll read it. If you don't, we'll help you write one in the first week.
What industries do you work with? +
B2C services, healthcare, fintech, education, and consumer brands. Honestly, clarity is the real common denominator. If you need a sharper message and a system to run it, we can probably help.
02
Pricing & engagement
Money, commitment, shapes of partnership.
Retainer or per-project? +
Both. Growth engagements (content, paid, social) are monthly retainers. Rebrands, launch sprints, audits and websites are priced per scope.
How does pricing work? +
Per scope, never off a price list. Every engagement is different, so we don't quote a number before we understand what you actually want to achieve. We map the work with you, agree what's in and what's out, and send a clear proposal you can review line by line.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
For retainers we usually agree an initial period together, long enough to build, test and iterate. After that we continue month-to-month with a reasonable notice period. The exact terms we work out with you, not off a template.
Can we pause or scale up/down? +
Yes. Seasonal dips, budget resets, a launch week that needs triple capacity: all normal. We re-scope quarterly and adjust rhythm without penalty.
What's not included in the retainer? +
Third-party costs like paid media spend, SaaS subscriptions, stock imagery, talent or influencer fees and print. We manage them transparently and invoice at cost.
03
Process & delivery
Rhythms, reviews, reports, rollouts.
How do you work week to week? +
Async-first on Slack and Notion, one live working call a week, monthly strategy review. You see everything in a shared workspace: briefs, drafts, dashboards. No black boxes.
What tools do you use? +
Figma, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Webflow, Framer, Looker Studio. We adapt to your stack when needed (Asana, Linear, Jira, Monday: all fine).
How many rounds of revisions? +
As many as it takes to get it right, agreed with you per deliverable. We front-load strategy so first drafts land closer to final. The goal is fewer, sharper revisions, not endless ping-pong.
How do you measure success? +
KPIs we agree on at the start, tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics. You get a live dashboard and a monthly narrative report. If something isn't moving, we say so and change it.
What happens at the start? +
We start with audit and discovery interviews, write a strategy doc and roadmap together, then ship the first deliverables. The exact rhythm we shape with you, so you have something real in your hands quickly.
04
Team & collaboration
Who you work with, how we plug in.
Who will I actually talk to? +
Your strategist is your point-of-contact: senior, in the call, in the work. No layered account managers. Specialists (design, paid, content) join when their chapter starts.
Can you plug into our existing team? +
Happily. We routinely embed with in-house marketers, designers and dev teams. We match your rituals (standups, sprints, reviews) and become a chapter in your org chart for as long as the engagement runs.
Do you outsource the work? +
The core team is in-house. We bring trusted freelancers for specialist spikes (motion, illustration, voiceover): always introduced to you, always under our quality bar.
What timezone do you work in? +
CET (Bucharest). We overlap cleanly with EU and UK clients; for US clients we agree a working window with you. Fully async for the rest.
05
Legal & ownership
The paperwork, made plain.
Who owns the final work? +
You do. On final payment, all deliverables transfer: full rights, source files (Figma, raw footage, PSDs, code), and accounts (ad platforms, domains, hosting).
What about NDAs? +
Standard. Send yours, or use ours, we'll sign before the first working call. Mutual, perpetual, sensible.
Can we be a case study? +
Only with your permission, and only after work has shipped and results are in. We'll draft it, you approve it. We never publish numbers or IP you haven't cleared.
Data privacy & GDPR? +
We're a Romanian company bound by GDPR. DPA on request, data stays in the EU, access is revoked on offboarding. We can align with your security questionnaire too.
How do we end things? +
On a reasonable written notice, agreed with you upfront. We hand over everything: source files, docs, ad accounts, active campaigns, so you (or the next team) can pick up cleanly.
